• Monday to Sunday schedule, minimum 6 shifts per month
• Day shifts 630am - 630pm, night shifts 5pm - 7am
• 25 bed pediatric cardiac ICU and 9 bed stepdown unit
• In-house attending support at night at all times
• No procedures required -- residents and MDs handle all procedures
• Neonate to teenager patient population
• PALS required, ACLS preferred
