We are seeking a physician leader to join our team as associate medical director in Albany, New York. We ask that you have the ability to work in-person within a 30-minute commute of Albany 5 days per week. Competitive compensation with an estimated base salary range of $179,000 to $318,186.

Position Overview

Full-time (5 days/week) rounding in skilled nursing facilities
Associate physician leadership position with growth opportunities

What You'll Do

Provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population
Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team
Deliver exceptional care during life's pivotal moments
Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility standards
Provide clinical oversight and guidance to advanced practice clinicians

Support and Development

Key Responsibilities

Perform patient assessments, histories, and physical exams, develop and adjust individualized care plans, monitor patient's progress, and coordinate care for optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families on health management
Maintain accurate, timely medical records

Qualifications

Current NY physician medical license and DEA
Experience in post-acute, acute, EM, or clinic settings preferred; new grads welcome
Strong clinical skills and communication abilities
Ability to commute/relocate: Albany, New York; relocate before starting to work (required)
Work location: in person, full-time, W2 eligible only
