We are seeking a physician leader to join our team as associate medical director in Albany, New York. We ask that you have the ability to work in-person within a 30-minute commute of Albany 5 days per week. Competitive compensation with an estimated base salary range of $179,000 to $318,186. 

Position Overview
  • Full-time (5 days/week) rounding in skilled nursing facilities
  • Associate physician leadership position with growth opportunities

What You'll Do
  • Provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
  • Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team
  • Deliver exceptional care during life's pivotal moments
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility standards
  • Provide clinical oversight and guidance to advanced practice clinicians

Support and Development
  • 3-month onboarding program with dedicated mentor

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform patient assessments, histories, and physical exams, develop and adjust individualized care plans, monitor patient's progress, and coordinate care for optimal outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on health management
  • Maintain accurate, timely medical records

Qualifications
  • Current NY physician medical license and DEA
  • Experience in post-acute, acute, EM, or clinic settings preferred; new grads welcome
  • Strong clinical skills and communication abilities
  • Ability to commute/relocate: Albany, New York; relocate before starting to work (required)
  • Work location: in person, full-time, W2 eligible only
