  • Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm with call 4-6 nights per month
  • 350 patients shared between providers
  • Telehealth visits available
  • Experience in hospice work required
  • Crisis visits and GIP admits experience needed
  • Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
  • Assignment details and time entry in online portal
  • Competitive compensation
