**Assignment Details**
- Start Date ASAP based on credentialing timelines
- End Date 9–12 months
- Coverage Type Call only
- Call Schedule 24-hour call shifts from 7:00a–7:00a
- Call Response Time 20 minutes
- Shifts Per Month Approximately 6–8
- Practice Setting Critical access hospital and outpatient clinic
- Average Deliveries Approximately 20–30 per month
- Clinic Volume Approximately 18 patients per day
- EMR Epic

**Clinical Details**
- OB and GYN call coverage through labor and delivery and emergency department
- Routine and complicated obstetric deliveries including VBACs
- Cesarean sections with ability to assist and supervise when needed
- Management of low-risk and high-risk pregnancies with fetal heart rate interpretation
- Repair of third- and fourth-degree lacerations
- OB inductions and postpartum care
- Emergent gynecologic surgeries including D&Cs and ectopic pregnancies
- Postoperative rounding as required
- High-risk patients transferred to tertiary centers when appropriate

**Requirements**
- Board Certification Board certified or truly board eligible in OB/GYN
- State License Active Washington license preferred or active IMLC with LOQ
- BLS required
- ACLS required
- DEA required
- Comfort managing low- and high-risk OB cases and emergent GYN surgery
- Clean history

**Compensation**
- Rates: 24 hr call: $2700 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
- Malpractice Provided
- Travel Reimbursed
