Adult SUD PMHNP Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Location: Louisville, Kentucky area
Setting: Outpatient
Hours: Full-time
 
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a full-time adult SUD Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP or Dual Licensed PMHNP/FNP) for a Residential Treatment setting..
This full time, on-site role involves providing medical evaluations and treatment of SUD patients at facility under the supervision of the Medical Director for a residential setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Provide medical evaluations and treatment of SUD patients at facility under the supervision of the Medical Director for a residential setting.
  • Work collaboratively with the medical and clinical staff in place for ongoing support.
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), experienced with Adults with Substance Use Disorders.
  • Active Unrestricted License in the State of Kentucky.
  • Active DEA in Kentucky.
  • Strong clinical skills with a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
