**Locums | General Dentistry | No Call | Crescent City, CA**
**Why This Role**
- Long-term outpatient dentistry coverage supporting a permanent search
- Consistent weekday schedule serving both pediatric and adult patients
- Community-based practice with continuity-focused care
**Assignment Details**
- Start Date ASAP
- End Date Ongoing
- Coverage Type No call
- Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00a–5:00p
- Practice Setting Outpatient
- Minimum Commitment 3 months with option to extend
- Admissions Required No
- EMR Epic
- 16-18 patients per day.
**Clinical Details**
- General dentistry coverage for a mixed pediatric and adult patient population
- Approximately 50 percent pediatric and 50 percent adult patients
- Comprehensive preventive and restorative dental care
- Chart closure required within 72 hours of visits
**Requirements**
- Active California dental license required
- DEA Active DEA required prior to start
- BLS required
- Ability to treat patients of all ages
- Clean history
**Compensation**
- Rates Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice Provided
- Travel Reimbursed
