**Assignment Details**
- Start ASAP through 6/30/2026
- 0.9–1.0 FTE (36–40 hours/week)
- Likely three 12-hour shifts (6am–6pm), plus call
- Weekend call approximately every 5 weekends
- Call hours:
- Weeknights: 6:00pm–6:30am
- Weekend call: Friday 6:00pm through Monday 6:30am (home call)
- Practice locations: Hershey or Holy (single-site assignment)
- Temporary privileges available
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60–120 days

**Clinical Details**
- Inpatient cardiovascular surgery service
- Average census: 3–4 patients per shift
- Assigned patient rounding
- OR first assist and EVH required
- Primarily OR-based with some ICU floor coverage
- Marquet equipment
- EMR: Cerner
- Stroke-certified facility
- Trauma Level I
- Support staff includes 8 PAs/NPs, 1 MA, and 3 office staff

**Requirements**
- Nurse Practitioner (Cardiovascular Surgery) or Physician Assistant (Cardiothoracic/Cardiovascular Surgery)
- Active Pennsylvania license only (IMLC not accepted)
- ACLS and BLS required
- Comfort with:
- OR first assist
- EVH
- Inpatient CV surgery workflows
- No supervision of other APPs required

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
