Rates:
- Hourly $500–$550. No overtime
- Nightly Call: $700 (pager) - Includes 2.5 hours gratis
- 24 hour call: $4,000 - Includes 4 hours gratis
- Orientation: $300–$325 - Kicks in after 8 hours (Applies per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours)

Job Details
Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours + call
Practice setting: Clinic and labor & delivery/postpartum

Schedule:
Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Night call: 5:00pm–8:00am
Weekend call: 24-hour coverage
Coverage includes multiple practice locations while on call
Clinic volume: 15–20 patients per day

Scope of work:
Consultative MFM care
Ultrasound interpretation and consult support
Inpatient consults
Occasional private OB coverage (discussion-based)
EMR system: Epic

Support staff available:
Front desk and clinical staff
On-site ultrasound support
Reason for coverage: Physician resignation

Certifications Required
BLS
DEA
NRP

Requirements
Ability to obtain NE license
Board certification required: Yes
OB/GYN residency and Maternal Fetal Medicine fellowship required
Recent delivery experience required
