We are seeking a licensed clinical psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our growing group practice serving skilled nursing facilities in Pensacola, Florida. This role is ideal for clinicians who value flexibility, meaningful patient relationships, and the ability to focus on care without the administrative responsibility of private practice.


Role Overview

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3 days per week
• Provide on-site patient care in skilled nursing facilities, primarily within short-term rehabilitation units
• Complete documentation remotely from home using a provided iPad or laptop, within 48 hours of patient visits

Key Responsibilities

• Perform psychological assessments and provide therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility staff to support comprehensive patient care
• Ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation

Requirements

• PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology
• Active, unrestricted licensed clinical psychologist license
• Experience in healthcare, post-acute, or long-term care settings preferred (not required)
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills

Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated range of $77,025 to $92,430 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. Enjoy a flexible schedule designed to support work/life balance.
