Role Overview
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3 days per week
- Provide on-site patient care in skilled nursing facilities, primarily within short-term rehabilitation units
- Complete documentation remotely from home using a provided iPad or laptop, within 48 hours of patient visits
Key Responsibilities
- Perform psychological assessments and provide therapy services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility staff to support comprehensive patient care
- Ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation
Requirements
- PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology
- Active, unrestricted licensed clinical psychologist license
- Experience in healthcare, post-acute, or long-term care settings preferred (not required)
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
