- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, 24-hour call 10 shifts per month
- 15 patients per shift
- Hospital-based practice with easy access to imaging and labs
- Midwives normally take first call
- C-section performance and complicated delivery management required
- Average 200 deliveries per year
- Laparoscopic and major gynecological procedures required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
