**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: ASAP

- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
- Schedule consists of one full inpatient week per month
- Shift runs Tuesday 7a to Tuesday 7a
- Night call may require return to the facility

**Clinical Details**
- Advanced heart failure and transplant cardiology coverage
- Inpatient rounding and consultative cardiology services
- Average daily patient volume ranges from 5 to 13 patients
- Beeper call with a 20-minute response time
- Epic EMR used for all documentation

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Cardiology
- No specific state license required to bid
- Fellowship training in Advanced Heart Failure preferred
- Active ACLS and BLS required
- Demonstrated experience managing advanced heart failure patients

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
