POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a part-time Clinical Supervisor to support our growing and diverse clinical team in the greater Denver, Co area. This hybrid position includes both remote and in-person responsibilities, with flexibility for documentation review, supervision, and administrative tasks. The supervisor will maintain a small caseload of 10–12 clinical hours per week while providing oversight, guidance, and high-quality support to pre-licensed clinicians. This role is essential in ensuring clinical excellence, compliance, and strong continuity of care across the practice, with growth opportunities to a Clinical Director role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver ongoing therapy to diverse patient population.
- Conduct behavioral health assessments and provide accurate diagnoses.
- Provide weekly or biweekly clinical supervision to pre-licensed clinicians.
- Maintain a caseload of 10–12 direct clinical service hours per week.
- Review documentation including progress notes, assessments, treatment plans, and discharges to ensure quality and compliance.
- Offer real-time consultation and support for clinical decision-making, crisis intervention, and ethical concerns.
- Facilitate trainings and skill-building sessions to enhance clinical competency.
- Identify areas for clinician growth and implement structured development plans.
- Collaborate with leadership to uphold clinical standards and improve workflow systems.
- Support onboarding of new clinicians with orientation to practice expectations and documentation procedures.
- Maintain timely and confidential documentation using EMR/EHR systems
- Monday–Friday, standard business hours

QUALIFICATIONS
- Active or in-process LCSW or LPC license in Colorado
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR platforms
