About the Role

This role allows you to focus on meaningful patient care while completing documentation from home.
Role Overview
- Schedule: flexible, working 3 days per week, Monday through Friday
- Provide psychotherapy services by rounding on assigned patients in a skilled nursing facility
- Complete documentation remotely within 48 hours of each visit
- Company-provided iPad or laptop for charting
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and therapy sessions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility staff to support patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
Requirements
- Active LPC, LMHC, or LMFT license
- Experience with Epic or Gehrimed is a plus, not required
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
