• Tuesday - Friday 8 am - 6 pm with lunch break
• Maximum 22 patients per day
• Primary care clinic
• Focus on chronic disease management and adult primary care
• Serves approximately 2,500 active patients
• Patient age 15 and up, mostly adults
• No hospital coverage or obstetrics responsibility
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
