• Flexible schedule: 4 10-hour shifts or 5 8-hour shifts weekly
• 18 - 21 patients per day average
• All ages: pediatrics and geriatrics patient population
• Hospital privileges required
• 2 years primary care NP/PA experience required
• Position likely to extend
• BLS certification required
• Nexplanon preferred but not required
