NP/PA opening in Southbury, CT (Permanent)
This is a permanent position.
Opportunity Details:
Full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) role supporting cardiology and electrophysiology services
Involvement across outpatient practice and hospital-based cardiology and EP teams
Responsibilities include stress lab coverage, CCTA, cardiac MRI support, and hospital consults
Perform H&Ps for electrophysiology procedures and assist with inpatient and outpatient consultations
Collaborate closely with cardiology and electrophysiology physicians to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Comprehensive management of cardiology and EP patients, including physiologic, social, and psychological assessment
Manage implantable cardiac devices including pacemakers, defibrillators, and loop recorders in the inpatient setting
Provide care for patients with arrhythmias, including anti-arrhythmic therapy and anticoagulation management
Support inpatient care coordination and continuity of care
Requirements:
Active Connecticut APRN or PA license
CT Controlled Substance Registration and DEA
Cardiology experience required
Electrophysiology experience strongly preferred
