- Ongoing locum need supporting a Level I trauma program during a recruitment gap
- Opportunity to work autonomously with daily physician support and 24/7 backup
- Exposure to inpatient post-op, ICU, and consult care across multiple affiliated sites

**Assignment Details**
- Coverage of approximately 10 days per month including two weekends
- Initial coverage January through April with potential extension
- Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00am–4:00pm
- Call required 10 days per month with a 1:3 call ratio
- Credentialing timeframe estimated at 60–90 days with potential for expedited processing

**Clinical Details**
- Inpatient post-operative floor and ICU coverage with office-based responsibilities
- Average daily census of approximately 12 patients
- Adult and geriatric patient population
- Duties include rounding, coordination of care, pre-operative physical exams, suture removal, diagnosis and treatment of illness, ordering and interpreting tests, and prescribing
- Autonomous practice model with supervising physician rounding daily and available by phone
- Epic EMR

**Requirements**
- ANCC or AANP certification required
- Active Ohio license required
- BLS and ACLS required
- Relevant training and experience required
- 100% clean background required with no exceptions

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
