**Assignment Details**
- 24-hour call coverage from 8am–8am
- Open blocks include January, February, March, and April 2026 dates
- Hospital-based assignment with daily inpatient rounding and admits
- Reverse invoicing required using Doctime for time tracking

**Clinical Details**
- Emergent neurosurgical call, emergent surgeries, and inpatient rounding
- Provider will see approximately 5–10 inpatients per day
- Both spinal and cranial procedures are required
- Imaging, labs, procedure rooms, and OR available on site
- Cerner EMR

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Neurosurgery only (no Board Eligible)
- Active Michigan license or IMLC accepted with 100% clean background
- ACLS required
- Minimum 2–3 years post-fellowship experience
- Must perform both spinal and cranial neurosurgery
- Clean background with no actions

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
