**Division Chief – Digestive Diseases**
**Location: Cooperstown, NY**
**Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology**

• Lead a team of physicians and advanced practice clinicians in the Digestive Diseases/Gastroenterology department
• Perform standard GI procedures; advanced skills in ERCP and EUS preferred
• Educational focus: teach and mentor residents and medical students
• Call schedule: no more frequent than 1:4
• Instant referral base with over 300 clinicians in the network
• EMR: EPIC
• Group-employed model with visa sponsorship available (H-1B candidates welcome)
Compensation & Incentives
• Salary range: $615,000 – $725,000 plus incentive plan with no earnings cap
• Sign-on bonus up to $200,000
Qualifications
• MD, DO, or MBBS
• Board eligible or board certified in Gastroenterology
• 5–10 years post-fellowship experience highly preferred
• Established clinician with leadership experience and program development skills
• Interest in teaching residents and students
• New York State licensure, BLS, and DEA required
