**Full-Time Optometrist Opportunity**
**Location: Cooperstown, NY**
• Join an established eye care team alongside Ophthalmologists and Optometrists
• Comprehensive optometric practice including routine eye exams and management of ocular conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, corneal disease, diabetic eye disease, and age-related macular degeneration
• Provide urgent eye care during clinic hours
• High-quality clinical environment with state-of-the-art equipment
• Day call coverage during some weekdays (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Well-established referral network for advanced ophthalmologic care
• Group-employed model with an instant patient base
• New graduates welcome
Compensation & Incentives
• Competitive salary range: $150,000 – $184,483 plus performance-based compensation
• Incentive plan with no earnings cap
• Sign-on bonus up to $100,000
• Training stipend up to $40,000 (up to 18 months prior to graduation)
Qualifications
• OD degree
• New York State Optometry License
• BLS certification required
