A full-time Urgent Care opportunity is available in a beautiful, newly built clinic located in the heart of Minnesota’s Lakes Country. This position offers a collegial team environment, a predictable schedule, and a strong balance between professional fulfillment and quality of life.

**Practice Overview**
-Brand-new urgent care clinic with modern facilities.
-Typical daily staffing of 3–4 providers (APPs and/or Physicians).
-Willingness to provide occasional coverage at nearby urgent care locations in Staples and Deerwood is required.
-Schedule includes every 3rd weekend.
-Weekday shifts are 12 hours; weekend shifts are 8 hours.
-Clinic hours: weekdays 8:00am–8:00pm; weekends 9:00am–4:00pm.
-Strong support from specialists and ancillary services.
-Case mix includes pediatrics, respiratory illnesses, injuries, and orthopedic complaints similar to a traditional office practice.

**Candidate Profile**
-Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
-Acute Care or Urgent Care experience preferred.
-Comfortable managing a broad range of walk-in medical conditions across all ages.

**Compensation**
-Base compensation of $307,000.
-Additional earning potential through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
