• Monday - Friday 830 am - 530 pm, 40 hour work week
• 20 - 25 patients per day, 20 minute appointments
• Clinic setting
• Must have 2 years working experience as NP/PA
• Family practice with adult to geriatric patients
• Experience with underserved populations preferred
• Hospital privileges required
• Minimum 24 patients per hour by end of ramp up
