**APP – Family Medicine Opportunity l Full-Time**
**Location: Sidney, NY**

• Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant role in an outpatient Family Medicine practice
• Provide care to pediatric, adolescent, and adult patient populations
• Located in a family-oriented village of approximately 6,000 residents
• Situated in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains along the Susquehanna River
• Easy access to Binghamton, Albany, and Utica
• Area offers four-season recreational and cultural activities
Practice Details
• Join an established team consisting of 1 physician and 2 Advanced Practice Clinicians
• Traditional outpatient schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Optional 4/10-hour schedule: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Full-spectrum Family Medicine with a diverse patient population
• Collaborative and supportive working environment
• EMR: Epic
• Group-employed model
Compensation & Incentives
• Competitive salary range: $107,714–$133,699 (based on experience and qualifications)
• Sign-on bonus up to $50,000
• Supportive transition bonus available
• Federal and State Loan Repayment programs may be available
Requirements
• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active New York State license
• BLS certification required
• DEA registration required
