**Assignment Details**
- Coverage dates June 29, 2026 through October 30, 2026
- Monday–Friday, 8:00a–5:00p
- Scheduled clinical hours with call coverage
- Call rotation approximately 1:3–1:4 when a provider is off
- Temporary privileges available
- Estimated credentialing timeframe 60 days

**Clinical Details
- Outpatient and inpatient consult coverage
- Average of 15 patients per shift
- Community-based hematology/oncology practice
- Bone marrow biopsies performed onsite and preferred
- 18 chemotherapy infusion chairs and 2 non-chemo infusion chairs
- Radiation oncology services available onsite
- Care team includes 2 physicians and 3 nurse practitioners
- RNs, MAs, APPs, and office staff support provided
- EMR: Cerner
- Trauma Level III

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology
- No specific state license required to bid
- Completion of fellowship required
- BLS, ACLS, and ATLS required
- Ability to supervise advanced practice providers
- Bone marrow biopsy experience preferred
- Must utilize real-time mobile time clock

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
