**Full-Time Inpatient Psychiatrist Opportunity**
**Location: West Burlington, IA**

Role & Clinical Responsibilities
• Full-time Inpatient Psychiatrist position on an 8-bed psychiatric unit
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team including physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, counselors, and nursing staff
• Provide psychiatric care for patients admitted from ED or referred from inpatient services
• Participate in care coordination with 24/7 ED and Internal Medicine physicians
• Opportunity to impact patient care and workflow from day one
Compensation & Incentives
• Competitive compensation with guaranteed income starting at $359K+ (based on 182 shifts/year)
• Additional $185/hr for coverage beyond 182 shifts
• $50K start bonus and $15K relocation assistance
