**Cardiothoracic Surgery Opportunity**
**Location: Cooperstown, NY**
**Board Certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery**
• Fellowship-trained, Board-Certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon role in a cardiac surgical practice
• Perform major cardiac surgeries including CABG, valve, and aortic procedures
• Participate in Structural Heart procedures including TAVRs and Watchman procedures
• Opportunity to assist with thoracic cases depending on experience
• Work closely with a dedicated team of cardiologists and advanced practice clinicians in a collegial environment
• Primary cardiac surgical OR with access to 3 cath labs and a hybrid OR
• Cardiac Surgery team includes APCs providing 24/7 in-house coverage
• Cardiac surgical outcomes consistently meet or exceed state and national quality standards

Compensation & Incentives
• Base salary: $780,000–$900,000
• Incentive plan with no earnings cap; performance and productivity can enhance compensation in the first year
• Sign-on bonus: Up to $200,000
• Group-employed model
Requirements
• MD, DO, or MBBS degree
• Board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Valid New York State medical license
• BLS/ACLS certification required
• DEA registration required
