**NP – Rheumatology Opportunity**
**Location: West Burlington, IA**
Role & Clinical Responsibilities
• Join a well-established Rheumatology practice with a full patient base
• Work alongside an experienced physician in a collaborative, supportive environment
• Provide comprehensive rheumatology care to patients
• Days-only schedule with no nights, weekends, or call
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive annual pay starting at $154,000+
• $15,000 commencement bonus
• 7 weeks paid time off plus 7 additional holiday days
• Autonomy in practice with support from other specialists as needed
Work Environment & Facilities
• Stable, independent health system with a financially secure foundation
• On-site ED for easy access to admissions
• Small enough for personalized teamwork, large enough for specialty support
