Job Description

TeamHealth is seeking a passionate and experienced licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), or licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) to join our team and provide high-quality psychotherapy services.

  • Compensation is fee for service (FFS); estimated annual compensation range of $85,888 to $101,842, with no cap on productivity income potential

About the Role
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans for older adults in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
  • Utilize strong clinical skills to conduct assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based interventions
  • Experience the professional fulfillment of helping patients improve their mental well-being and overall quality of life

Qualifications
  • LPC, LMHC, or LMFT with a current license in the state of Michigan (we are unable to consider LCSWs for this role)
  • Ability to practice and bill independently without the need to complete supervisory hours
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
  • Passion for working with older adult populations
