About the Role
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans for older adults in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
- Utilize strong clinical skills to conduct assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based interventions
- Experience the professional fulfillment of helping patients improve their mental well-being and overall quality of life
Qualifications
- LPC, LMHC, or LMFT with a current license in the state of Michigan (we are unable to consider LCSWs for this role)
- Ability to practice and bill independently without the need to complete supervisory hours
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for working with older adult populations
