• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice (FP) or Internal Med (IM)
• Outpatient only - hospital employed
• Mon-Fri - 8a-4:30p - 4/10's or 5/8's ok
• Call for own panel only - via phone
• Clinic located near hospital campus but no hospital work required

• 20-24 ppd
