Seeking a Sleep Medicine/Neurology provider to join a supportive, team-oriented clinic serving a rural population of approximately 35,000. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients’ sleep health and long-term well-being in a close-knit clinical environment.

The position features a very competitive compensation package, including strong base salary, quality incentives, commencement bonus, CME support, student loan repayment, full benefits, and malpractice coverage. New graduates are welcome and will receive structured training and mentorship.

The practice includes an AASM-accredited sleep facility with in-lab and home sleep studies, a four-day workweek, no after-hours call, manageable patient volume, and EPIC EMR. Responsibilities include evaluation and management of sleep disorders, review of sleep studies, PAP therapy management, and patient education.
