Seeking a CRNA to join practice.
- Competitive compensation: Annual guaranteed salary $230,000 +
- Extra pay opportunities for call coverage and additional shifts
- 8 full weeks of PTO so you can recharge and enjoy life outside the hospital
- Comprehensive benefit and retirement plan
- Paid malpractice insurance (including tail coverage)
- Annual CME allowance to keep your skills sharp
- Relocation assistance to make your move seamless
Qualifications:
- Unencumbered, active APRN / CRNA license in Florida (or eligible for licensure)
- NBCRNA certification (or eligibility)
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts (some hospitals may require call, nights, weekends)
- Professionalism and Communication: Ability to work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and OR teams
