Exceptional General Anesthesiologist LOCUM Opportunity (No OB) at a Private Practice, Physician-Only Group

• State-of-the-art surgery center and level 3 trauma center
• M-F shifts 1 week/month or more if desired
• 7:30AM - 3:30PM
• $3,000/shift
• Longterm Locum desired (6month-12month commitments preferred)
• Will NOT be on FIRST call or SECOND call
• Will NOT be directing/overseeing CRNAs
• Want weekends, we can discuss but not as likely
• Desired start March 2026 and once credentialed
• Physician-only group, 8 anesthesiologists
• Practice location: Placerville, CA
• 111-bed nonprofit, independent hospital (can support up to 128 if needed)
• Level III Trauma Center
• 4 ORs, endoscopy suite and a cath lab

• Bread-and-butter cases with frequent regional anesthesia
• Chronic Pain Management-Never
• Cardiac Anesthesia-Never
• Thoracic Anesthesia-Never
• Major Vascular Anesthesia-Never
• Obstetric Anesthesia-Never
• Pediatric Anesthesia-Never
• Neuroanesthesia-Rarely
• Trauma Anesthesia-Never
• Critical Care Medicine-Never
• Anesthesia for outpatient surgery-Usually
• Office based Anesthesia-Never
• Administrative/ Leadership Duties-Never
• Regional Anesthesia-Sometimes
• Preop Screening Clinic-Rarely
• Orthopedic Anesthesia-Usually
• Acute Pain Service-Never

Other Information:

• On a given weekday- 6 Anesthesiologist working at a time (1 post call and 1 on possible vacation)
• Never do hybrid cases with the other Anesthesiologists
• Permanents are on a 1:8 call rotation
• Long-standing, respectful relationships with surgeons and staff
• Over 30 years providing anesthesia services at Marshall
• Permanent opportunities available (Full Time or Part Time)
