- Hillsboro: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Portland: Monday, Friday
Patient Population: Adults
Patient Volume: ~13 patients per shift
Service: Supplemental coverage in outpatient cardiology
Practice Overview
- Physicians in practice: 27 total
- Portland site staffing: 8 MDs, 5 APPs, 9 RNs, 11 MAs, 4 schedulers, 4 front office staff; 2 supervisors and 1 manager present daily
- Hillsboro site staffing: 1 MD, 1 locum PA (through end of March), 3 MAs, 1 RN, 1 scheduler, sonographer; supervisor and manager rotate and are present several days/week
- EMR: Epic
- Hospital privileges required
Certifications / Licensure Required
- Active Oregon license
- DEA (Oregon)
- BLS and ACLS
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in relevant specialty
- Minimum 2 years cardiology experience
Compensation / Logistics
- Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance provided
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient cardiology clinical care to adult patients per practice protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team; document in Epic
- Maintain hospital privileges as required
