Adelphi seeks a Radiologic Technologist to deliver ultrasound services at a correctional facility in Greenville, Illinois. This contract role supports healthcare for Adults in Custody (AIC) by performing diagnostic ultrasound exams in a secure setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited radiology/ultrasound program with current U.S. certification to perform general ultrasound, vascular ultrasound, and echocardiography
• AHA CPR certification
• Minimum of one year of ultrasound experience

Core responsibilities

• Perform general, vascular, and echocardiographic exams; acquire, process, and prepare studies for interpretation
• Ensure interpretations are completed by a board-certified radiologist or cardiologist
• Submit typed reports to the facility’s Health Services Department and verbally report abnormal findings to the Clinical Director
• Receive and prepare patients, explain procedures, and document encounters using authorized consultation forms
• Follow institutional and CDC safety protocols and uphold professional patient-care standards
