Join a supportive team delivering speech-language services in Lancaster County, South Carolina. We’re looking for a motivated Clinical Fellow to work in a public school setting, providing assessment, individualized therapy, and collaborative support for students under appropriate supervision. This role is hands-on and school-focused, giving you the opportunity to grow professionally while making a meaningful difference in students’ communication and academic success.

What you’ll do
- Conduct speech and language evaluations under clinical supervision and interpret results to guide services.
- Provide direct, evidence-based therapy tailored to each student’s goals and needs.
- Develop, implement, and document treatment plans and progress notes in line with student goals.
- Take part in IEP, 504, eligibility, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to support student progress and generalization of skills.
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time while maintaining student confidentiality in accordance with FERPA.
- Follow district policies and Title VI requirements to ensure equitable services.
- Ensure continuity and quality of care for the students on your caseload.
What we’re looking for
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) through ASHA.
- Active South Carolina SLP license through SC LLR, or license in process.
- South Carolina Educator Certificate, or in process.
- School-based experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
