Travel RN – Oncology Clinic (Days, Chemotherapy Experience Preferred)

Join a contract/travel team in Glenwood Springs, CO, supporting an outpatient oncology clinic. Start ASAP for day shifts beginning at 7:30 a.m.; schedule is 38 hours/week. Compensation: $2,356 per 38-hour week.

Required qualifications:

• Active RN license.
• Oncology or outpatient clinic experience preferred.
• ONS chemotherapy/biotherapy certification preferred (or ability to obtain within required timeframe).
• Strong verbal communication and patient-education skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor oncology patients during clinic visits and respond to changes in condition.
• Safely prepare and administer medications and treatments per orders and clinic protocols, including chemotherapy.
• Provide clear education to patients and families about treatment plans, side effects, and symptom management.
• Coordinate care with providers and multidisciplinary teams to support continuity and quality of care.
• Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and clinical notes in the medical record.
