Schedule: Night shift, 07:00 PM–07:30 AM (Sun–Sat) | Pay: Local: $1,699 / 36 hours

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Current BLS certification

Overview:
Seeking a skilled RN to deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care on a 13-week night contract in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will perform assessments, implement care plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients, develop and implement individualized nursing plans, and perform ongoing evaluations of clinical status.
• Administer medications, obtain specimens for diagnostic testing, and assist with procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other care team members to coordinate treatment and ensure continuity of care.
• Document assessments, interventions, patient education, and progress in the medical record in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment by enforcing policies, monitoring patient behavior, and addressing safety concerns.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
