Requirements:
- Active RN license
- BLS required; ACLS required within 30 days
- Telemetry experience preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and continuous monitoring of high-acuity patients
- Administer medications and treatments according to orders and care plans
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely
- Coordinate and assist with shift supervision and patient care activities as needed
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
