Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Emergency room experience or acute care background preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical-thinking, and interpersonal communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, or TNCC preferred.

Key responsibilities:

• Triage and assess incoming patients, prioritizing care based on acuity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions per protocol.
• Continuously monitor patient status and promptly report changes to physicians and team members.
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation of care and patient records.
• Provide patient and family education about diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Contribute to ER quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
