Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• ER experience or acute care background preferred
• BLS required
• ACLS, PALS, or TNCC preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and assess patients on arrival
• Perform patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and emergency interventions
• Monitor patient status and promptly report changes to physicians and care team
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and patient records
• Provide patient and family education on treatment and follow-up care
• Participate in ER quality improvement and safety initiatives
