Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (5 days/week); minimum 6 months
Setting: Outpatient and inpatient; rounding required
Patient Volume: ~15 patients/day
Clinical Mix: 60% Oncology (majority solid tumors), 40% Hematology (possible lymphoma; no leukemia)
Procedures/BMT: None
Support Team: 2 RNs, 2 MAs, 1 APP, 5 office staff
Trauma Level: II
EMR: Epic
Hospital Privileges: Required

Requirements:
- Active Washington state license or IMLC eligibility
