Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• Emergency Room experience or acute care background preferred
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and clear communication
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, or TNCC preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and assess patients on arrival
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions
• Monitor patient status and report changes to physicians and team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Provide patient and family education on treatment and follow-up
• Participate in ER quality improvement and safety initiatives
