Schedule and Call
- Regular hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Call: Beeper; ratio 1:3 or 1:4; response time 30 minutes; exact call schedule TBD
Clinical Expectations
- Clinical patient care and supervisory responsibilities for APPs
- Typical daily patient volume: ~15
- Procedures: bone marrow biopsy preferred
- Supervision of infusion treatments (Chemo chairs: 18; Non-chemo chairs: 2)
- Radiation oncology services available for collaboration
Team and Support
- Physicians on site: 2
- Advanced Practice Providers: 3 NPs
- Additional support: RN, MA, office staff
Operations
- EMR: Cerner
- Trauma Level: III
- Hospital privileges required; temporary privileges available
- Travel, lodging, and and malpractice insurance provided
Credentials and Certifications Required
- Active Wisconsin medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Hematology/Oncology
- BLS, ACLS, ATLS
