Join a dynamic Flex Pool team in Hilo, HI. This contract/travel assignment starts ASAP and offers a day shift schedule (6:45 a.m.–7:15 p.m.) on a 36-hour rotation with a pay rate of $1,930 per 36 hours.

What you’ll bring

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Clinical experience in med-surg, telemetry, ICU, or float/flex pool settings preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and clear communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS or other specialty certifications preferred depending on unit assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions, including vital signs, across assigned units.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient status and emergency situations.
• Provide patient and family education on care plans and health management.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to different unit workflows.
