Location: Hilo, HI
Assignment: Contract/Travel, Flex Pool
Start: ASAP
Shift: Nights, 6:45 PM–5:15 AM (36-hour schedule)
Rate: $1,930 / 36 hours
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the practicing state
- Experience in med-surg, telemetry, ICU, or float/flex pool nursing preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- BLS required; ACLS or other specialty certifications preferred based on unit assignment
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs across assigned units
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely and per protocol
- Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient status and emergencies
- Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and discharge instructions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to varying unit workflows as a flex pool member
