Ready to step into a fast-paced ICU role in Albany, OR? We’re seeking an experienced, confident RN to join a collaborative critical care team on a night-shift contract. This assignment starts ASAP and runs 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m., with a rate of $2,308 per 36-hour week.

What you’ll bring

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• ICU or critical care experience preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS required; specialty ICU certifications are a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and clear communication skills.

What you’ll do

• Continuously assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing and responding to changes in condition.
• Safely administer medications, blood products, and life-support interventions.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and collaborate with the team during acute situations.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and critical care processes in a clear, compassionate way.
• Accurately document care and participate in multidisciplinary coordination to ensure optimal outcomes.
