Hours: 36-hour assignment
Pay: $2,182 / 36 hours
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the practicing state
- ICU or critical care nursing experience preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Specialty ICU certifications preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously assess and monitor critically ill patients
- Safely administer medications, blood products, and life-support interventions
- Respond promptly to emergencies and clinical changes
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary ICU team
- Educate patients and families on care plans and critical care processes
