Schedule and Coverage

• Work week: Mon–Fri, 40 patient-contact hours/week
• Call: 1:4 rotation; STEMI call 1 night/week; 1 weekend every 4 weeks
• Coverage period: ASAP – ongoing
• Coverage type: Clinical + call
• Patient volume: 8–10 per day

Team and Support

• Physicians in practice: 2 interventional cardiologists + 1 invasive cardiologist
• Advanced practice providers: 2 experienced APPs
• EMR: Epic
• Open to visa candidates

Procedures

• Cardiac catheterization and PCI
• CardioMEMS
• Peripheral vascular procedures
• Device/pacemaker implantation (optional)

Qualifications

• Interventional Cardiology fellowship
• BC/BE required (BE in 2026 preferred; 2027 fellows welcomed)
• Active Missouri medical license or willingness to obtain
• DEA/CSR
• Recent NPDB report
• Clean professional record highly preferred

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $650,000 (2-year guarantee), then transitions to wRVU-based productivity model
