Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• ICU / critical care experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS required; specialty ICU certifications preferred
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and communication

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously assess and monitor critically ill patients and report changes in condition
• Safely administer medications, blood products, and life-support interventions
• Respond promptly to emergencies and emergent changes in patient status
• Provide patient and family education on care plans and critical care procedures
• Accurately document care and collaborate with the multidisciplinary ICU team
