Join a contract/travel team in Sidney, MT as a Labor & Delivery/Postpartum (LDRP) RN. This position starts ASAP and offers 36-hour assignments at $2,815 with shift options of 6:45 AM–7:00 PM (days) or 6:45 PM–7:00 AM (nights).
Requirements:
- Active RN license for the practicing state
- Prior Labor & Delivery and Postpartum nursing experience
- BLS required; NRP and ACLS preferred
- Strong assessment, clinical judgment, communication, and patient-education skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery
- Monitor maternal and newborn status, recognize and respond to clinical changes
- Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries and perform routine newborn care
- Educate patients and families on postpartum and newborn care, discharge planning, and follow-up
- Accurately document care and collaborate with physicians, midwives, and the interdisciplinary team
